This event will be an interactive workshop designed to:
- Better understand the reasons for conflict between people and therefore dental personnel and their patients
- To discuss principles involved in attempting to resolve issues when they do occur 
- How to help prevent them occurring in the first place. 

The workshop will also address:
- The importance of good communication in the workplace
- Identifying, understanding and addressing patient’s treatment needs 
- The skills of problem solving and decision making essential for conflict resolution.

Time: 6.30pm, registration available from 6pm . No cost to attend and refreshments will be provided.
