Sue believes that dentistry can be profitable... and fun. In her career, which has spanned more than 3 decades and 3 continents, she has held every role imaginable, from dental assistant, receptionist, dental hygienist, through to practice manager and is still a registered clinician.  Sue is on a mission to remove the stress from the daily lives of dentists and their staff. Her top-down-bottom-up approach ensures that everyone in the practice meets in the middle to create a space that leaves the practice profitable, professional and unforgettable... in a positive way. It would be of no surprise to know that practice managers all seem to face the same issues:

• Managing your dentist and your staff, being caught constantly in the middle.
• Growing the practice, getting new clients, keeping existing clients, up-selling the practice, asking for referrals and "keeping it legal".
• GAPS in the appointment schedule  and many more.

Sue will discuss and brainstorm the following with the group:

• Growing the business and acquiring new patients, generating an enquiry
• Converting that enquiry into an appointment
• Making sure you then create further appointments 
• Generating more income from the clients you have
• Making sure you keep the clients you have and love and in turn they will genuinely love you.
