In daily clinical practice, we are often confronted with patients who report what is perceived as a simple concern, yet it becomes evident that there are complex issues underlying the case. Many such patients may not have visited the dentist regularly or have other factors leading them to have complex dental needs over time. Overlapping issues can create a challenge both to recent graduates as well as experienced clinicians alike in the management of such patients.
This full-day seminar aims to provide an insight into various approaches to take on such cases, with a focus on three disciplines - Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics. A mixture of presentations and interactive sessions of real-world cases will be used as the basis to improve problem solving skills and decision making in treatment planning and communication. Participants will have the opportunity to interact and engage our panel of dental specialists.
