ADASA Dentist Members

ADASA is a professional association for dentists. It has no statutory powers to investigate complaints. However, we will use our best endeavours, with the help of Community Relations Officers (CROs), to assist both patient and dentist in resolving a complaint to everyone's satisfaction.

As detailed in the Complaints Management process brochure ADASA is a membership association for dentists.  It has no statutory powers to investigate complaints.  However, we will use our best endeavours to assist both patient and dentist in resolving a complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.

ADASA has a complaint management process that needs to be adhered to, therefore, please complete the enclosed ADASA Standard Patient Consent Form and Patient Incident Form and return to Jim Ball via email jball@adasa.asn.au or mail to ADASA, PO Box 858, Unley SA 5061.
