With 2020 behind us and a new normal ahead, our resilience on many levels has been tested.
During this session we will learn about:
- strategies to enhance our ability to bounce back from setbacks
- how to adapt to difficult circumstances and learn
- how to grow from such experiences
- developing as leaders understanding how we can build our resilience and model it for others, to support them to navigate life’s ups and down’s.
Our speaker, Lyn Carman, is a Dental Hygienist and Leadership Coach who supports Oral Health Professionals create success both personally and professionally. Lyn began her career as a Dental Hygienist in Adelaide, and in 2008 become one of the first non-dentist practice owners in Australia. Lyn has owned and operated 2 successful practices. She has experienced first-hand the joy of success and the fear and pressure of being the one the ‘buck’ stops with – a metaphor for life itself. With over 3 decades of industry knowledge she understands the highs and lows of working in this unique, often highly stressful and incredibly rewarding discipline.

Time: 6.30pm, arrival available from 6pm. No cost to attend for ADASA members and their practice managers. Refreshments will be provided.
As this presentation may be interactive it won't be offered as webinar. We encourage you to attend in person and use it as an opportunity to network with fellow practice managers.
